Note: Dickinson Drive homes built in the 1960s are recorded as Sandy Run subdivision while those built in the 1970s are recorded as Yardley Hunt.

Sandy Run is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built circa 1966-1978. All but 12 of the homes in the subdivision lie within Lower Makefield Township. Some of the homes on University Drive are located within the Borough of Yardley.

Homes range from approximately 1,200 to more than 4.000 sqft. with a median of approximately 2,600 sqft. Lot sizes range from about 1/5th of an acre to more than a full acre with a median of approximately 2/5ths of an acre.

Access to the Sandy Run neighborhood is from Yardley-Langhorne Road onto Lehigh Drive, or Schuyler Drive northbound onto Quincy Drive.

Walk to nearby Historic Yardley Borough, the Delaware Canal and the Delaware River.
